The Cursillo Weekend begins after Supper on Thursday, and concludes on Sunday afternoon.
During these three days, talks are given by lay persons and clergy who have spent time working together planning for the weekend.
The atmosphere of Cursillo differs from the individual solitude of a Retreat.
During the three days, the teachings of Christ are discussed with others on their faith journey.
The talks and discussions are interspersed with prayer, songs, recreation, laughter and moments of reflection and quiet.
The Eucharist is celebrated daily.
Participants are expected to remain for the entire weekend, from Thursday evening through Sunday afternoon.
Cost of the weekend is $150 per person, and includes meals, materials, and double-occupancy lodging.
If you pay on-line by credit card, the entire $150 will be charged to your card.
If you fail to attend, the portion in excess of the non-refundable Deposit, which is $100, will be refunded to your card. If you opt to pay by check, you must send $100 as directed on the registration form, and the balance of $50 must be sent two weeks prior to the Cursillo.
